Appointment Type – Passport Submission

Important- Please take note of the below information prior to booking an appointment:

Your passport submission letter is valid for 30 days.
Passport submission appointments are free of cost. Beware of anyone who asks for payments for booking an appointment slot.
Please be very careful while uploading your details in the web form. Your appointment;
1. date and time will be allocated on a first come first serve basis
2. is non-transferable and information once updated cannot be changed
3. may not be entertained if the appointment letter details do not match with the passport submission letter issued by IRCC
A passport submission letter once used to book an appointment cannot be reused.
In an event that you are unable to attend your passport submission appointment at the allotted date and time, you will be blocked from requesting an appointment for 3 calendar days. After 3 calendar days, you may raise a new request which will be served on a first come first serve basis.
Owing to huge demand in India the below requests are currently not available;
1. Request for earlier appointment dates
2. Request for re-scheduling of appointment
3. Request for cancellation of appointments
Appointment letters will be sent from an e-mail id. With domain name@vfshelpline.com.
Individual appointments should be booked for each family member in all categories.
PR Applicants – Appointment should be booked together for all applicants.
Each applicant who requests for an appointment will get a separate e-mail with appointment details.
